Windows 8 Desktop UI - Change Title Text Color?

i tried changing colors from regedit
every single color can be changed except the active title and title text
whatever the code calu you use , it's black and you can't chane it
seems like i'll go for the theme

I normally don't do so, but I registered specially to tell you about the solution I've fond. I've followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYVUZedD8qM and here's what I've got:

As you can see, the active window title is white, so are the buttons, and the background window has a light gray title. I've been using it for about a week and the only downside I found is that "+" and "×" buttons in Firefox are still black, but a) that's no big deal to me as I prefer using Ctrl+T and Ctrl+W rather than the above buttons; and b) there probably exists an add-on that will allow you to make them white too.

P.S.: I'm hardly coming back here anytime soon, so if you need the file (I plan on keeping it around until Windows 8.1 gets completely outdated), or if you got any questions, PM me in Skype: yung.playz.

Yeah, big problem.
The pack comes with UXTheme. Do you need it?
