Windows 8 Command to Unlock a Keyboard

Hello,

I have a really dumb question, but I somehow locked the keyboard on an hp 3125 netbook that runs Windows 8. Does anyone happen to know the command to unlock the keyboard? I tried the fn(function keys) with no success. I appreciate any help you can give me with this one, just a dumb rookie mistake on my part!!

Try pressing down the ctrl alt delete buttons - if this takes you to another window, select restart from the options in the bottom right.
