the second question:
my laptop keep freezing even not running any task(suddenly), mostly occur after startup
- make a format many times but same,, memtest passed.

if someone has a solution please help me. Thank You.

my spec:
preinstalled windows 8.1 with bing x64
proc: intel core i3 4030u 1.90Ghz
graphic:nvidia 820m 1gb vram
ram: preinstalled 2gb, added 4gb total 6gb of ram

You will NOT find Windows 8.1 BING edition for download anywhere..

Your only option now is to re-install windows 10

but, why my laptop keep freezing, normally occur after startup at the login and at desktop, even not running any task.
i make a format many time, after a week, it occur again and usually i make hard restart but nothing solved, keep freezing..

The only place I know of (officially) to get 8.1 with Bing is to order it from the manufacturer of your laptop. I can't even get that version on MSDN. I just hope I never need it because I don't have it. Where did you get your Windows 10 install media? It sounds like you may have corrupted install media of a hardware issue like a failing hard drive.

Since it appears your are kind of stuck with windows 10
Try installing the x86 Version of Windows 10
See how that works for you
