So basically. I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 Enterprise 32bit on my Windows 7. I launch it. It runs the set up, loading. Gets to 97% and closes with no error. So I thought I'd try the other set up in source folder. Ran that. It opened. Got to Setup is now starting. And then closed with no error. Why is it doing this? It use to work fine. But now it won't.

See, it gets to here: imgur: the simple image sharer

Please help. Bump. I'm on Windows 7 Enterprise. It has 3 days remaining. And I want to move to Windows 8.1 enterprise :C But it doesn't seem to be working.. I've redownloaded it twice. But when I launch it from the iso disk drive. It gets to 98% closes with no error. If I launch it from source. It does Setup is copying temporary files... Then Setup is starting then it closes instantly again without error. Help me please :(

My Disk Drive does not support disks over the right amount of space which I need to put it on a disc. And I don't have a big enough usb :(

Use Windows 8.1 Upgrade Assistant Upgrade to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7 - Windows Help to check if everything is compatible. If some of your programs or drivers are not compatible uninstall them and then proceed with the installation of Windows 8.1.
( Probably on C: drive you have the hidden folder "$WINDOWS.~BT" - delete it before you try to install Windows 8.1 )

Good luck, werty

Nothing, I restarted, tried 2 different mounting programs. Deleted the folders. Ran the Upgrade Assistant, it said it would work. But it still crashes at 98% or when you launch the setup and it says Setup is starting

Most probably there is an incompatible driver or software that is preventing the setup from starting or completing the preparation.
