Solved Windows 8.1 Recovery - Could not find recovery environment

Ok one more update:

By following the guideline here, i was able to extract a winre.wim file to my System32/Recovery directory. Then i was successful enabling Windows RE status. FYI: I did everything suggested on that website.

But the problem isn't solved yet. Still can't do any repairing or restoring on Windows. I think the problem is my Windows RE location that is set on reagentc /info.

Here's the screenshot: latest.png

I think Windows RE location shouldn't be at partition4 but i'm not sure. Any ideas if i should change it and if yes, how?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT:

I was able to change it to partition 5, as considering the suggestions on previous pages, but recovery still isn't back. I guess my hopes are exceeded at this point :)

So here's three screenshots, in case somebody sees them and give me some advice on them.

First, the computer doesn't allow me to access C\Recovery\WindowsRE directory. Is that normal?

And second, here's my ReAgent.xml file looks like. Are the location paths for WinRE and ImageLocation are correct?

Hope someone can fix this very frustrating problem of mine.

partition 1 is the orginal winre partition
partition 6 is the recovery image partition

partition 5 is also a winre partition, but was created by an upgrade

I also tried setting Windows RE to partition 1 and it didn't work out either. I can't really understand what the problem is.

Acer E-Recovery was deleted unintentionally a couple of months back, could it have made a permanent damage to recovery partition?

use diskpart to assign Drive letters to the partitions and manually find the factory install.wim

diskpart
list volume
select volume # (#= volume number without drive letter)
assign letter=* (*= any drive letter not currently used by system)

now find the volume that has the Winre.wim (it's a system hidden file) and you may have to change attributes of the RECOVERY folder

attrib -h -s X:\Recovery (X=Drive letter assigned to partition)

The winre.wim will have about the same date as the install.wim (2012)

the "RecoveryImage\Install.wim" is your factory recovery image and it appears in your first post, that it was properly registered..

disk0\partition6\recoveryimage /index 2

that should have reset the recovery enviroments for your Factory Reset..

Control Panel > recovery > create a recovery drive
if you boot from the recovery drive it will WIPE and RESET all partitions and apply the factory Image

I guess the only way is to create a bootable usb then?

One problem though: My F keys have been not working so i can't change BIOS boot priority. Will it be a problem?

you need to either change the bios setting to boot from USB first
or use the Key to access the boot menu, usually F12, Esc

you can also try Reset via the Right Charm -> Change PC Settings -> Update and Recovery -> Recovery ->

I have ne trouble getting into BIOS mode. The problem i have, when i'm in BIOS, i can't change the boot priority to USB first due to my broken F keys. In my Acer laptop, in order to change BOOT priority, the computer tells me to press F5 and F6 keys to move the item up and down. But those keys don't work, so i can't change them.

Is there a command line which i can use in cmd in order to change boot priority to USB without getting into BIOS settings?

And BTW, Reset or Repair buttons still don't work in recovery options.

It says: "A problem occurred when trying to reset your computer. No change couldn't be made"

But it is creating a recovery usb right now. That's a plus, i guess.

as the PC is Booting up - hit F12 to access the Boot menu - then select USB under the UEFI Boot Menu
