Solved windows 8.1 pro product key lost

hi i've been having few problems with a laptop that i bought in thailand i've tried to install a new version of windows on it and it keeps asking me for product key to activate my os but as the shop installed it i haven't got this its a volume product key and i can't seem to find it with some programs is there any way i could find it as i'm stuck with this version of windows and can't activate it please can someone help me this ?

hi im manged to solve this problem after spending hours trying to get my laptop to tell me ended up getting it from bios and showkey plus didnt work
