Windows 8.1 pro Oem 64bit Not Working Ahci mode the value in the registry does not change

Hello.

In BIOS, all values are set, everything is in order. Installed windows installed all drivers from the disk. To set the AHCI mode in Windows 8.1 Pro, I started the registry editor, set certain registry keys, rebooted the computer, but the resstra value did not change. Help me with this.
 
the registry hack to change from AHCI mode and back does not work with Win8.x & Win10 (only with Vista & Win7).

you need to force Win8.1 to boot into Safe Mode, which Safe Mode should load the MS standard AHCI driver after changing the AHCI option in the BIOS.
