Windows 8.1 Other User Login on First Setup

Hello.

I'm newbie here.
I got problem with my notebook.
I just bought an Acer One 10 with Windows 8.1 OS inside a few days ago.
When I turn on the notebook I just booting to login screen with Other User Login on the screen.
I not yet create/register any account on it so I don't know how to login.
When I try to login using Admin account, it's writen on the screen "Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator"
I got stuck on login screen until now while looking for any ways to resolved it.
Any one can help me ?

Hi! Haven't you received any response to your problem? I have the almost the same issue (on first setup it just skiped all steps before the "Other User" screen) and I cannot find any solution!!! I am going crazy!!! Please help me if you can!!!

ok, what you need to do is boot into safe mode. When you see the screen that shows "Administrator" click the power button, now press & hold Shift while clicking "Restart" let go as soon as screen shows restarting. Next click Advanced when/if screen shows start up tools or something like that. Next, press advanced tools and you will see an option to change start up options. it will reboot.. again. select safe mode with command prompt. then type the following command once booted "net user administrator /active:yes" That should do it when you restart into normal boot the admin should be active where you can create complete normal account.
