Virtual disk maybe? You may want to run msconfig and look at you startup items. Maybe have a look in task manager too.

Hello Janice, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Items in "This PC" are located in the two registry keys below.

Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\[COLOR=#ff0000][B]NameSpace[/B][/COLOR]

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\[COLOR=#ff0000][B]DelegateFolder[/B][/COLOR]

Before starting, be sure to export (right click on key and click on Export) these two keys as .reg files to your desktop as a backup. This way if you delete the wrong key below, you will be able to easily restore it.

If you have any questions about this, then please feel free to ask.

For example, if I wanted to remove RealPlayer Cloud under "Devices and drives" in my "This PC", I would go to these two keys, and click on each long GUID number subkeys under them. I would look to see what it showed for Data for each long GUID to see if that was it.

In this example, RealPlayer Cloud data value for the {5E8FC967-829A-475C-93EA-51FCE6D9FFCE} GUID subkey. Sometimes you may not have anything for a data value to help ID which one it is. In that case, it will be a guessing game to delete and test if it's gone afterwards. If not, restore the backup exported key, and try another GUID.

I would right click on the {5E8FC967-829A-475C-93EA-51FCE6D9FFCE} GUID subkey, click on Delete, and click on Yes to confirm.

This will remove it immediately from This PC. Close and reopen This PC if opened to see the change.

Hope this helps, :)
