wait 4 hours.. let it do it's thing.. just move the mouse so you can see the screen.. and also press capslock on the keyboard to see if the light turns on..

Ok... Or wait 24 fricken hours.. And after that you either have a computer that's not worth keeping because it's sooo slow in 2016 or have a more serious problem!

and need to restart and attempt the Reset again..

If you did no choose the option "to keep this PC" then the Reset is going to perform a government wipe of the HDD..

Depending on the Size of the HDD this will take Many, Many Hours....

Do not Stop this process... Come back to it tomorrow if needed...
