Windows 8.1 cannot install SMB feature

Hello, I need SMB to improve my network connection on Windows 8.1 but cannot install it... I suppose missing same dependencies, but from where to download it and how to install it ?

I tried too: Dism /Online /Enable-feature /FeatureName:SMB1Protocol But fail
 
Not being familiar with "SMB Feature" I had to Google it. Just one question comes to mind.... Are you sure that SMB Feature is even compatible with Windows 8.1?
In that LONG printout, there were just a LOT of errors. Like "[HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING]".
I'm not a coder or programmer, but error messages like that bothers me.
