Windows 8.1 Booting with UEFI Problem.

Hello guys,
First of all my english can be sux,Sorry for that i hope i can tell my problem properly.

Last days, I installed Hackintosh to my pc, and i did some efi changes for Hackintosh. After i bored and deleted hackintosh part. Than now i cant start my computer with uefi.When i open ''Enable CSM'' its starting but ; YP7k7a.jpg its starting like this. It was starting no intel and windows 8 circle was spining under asus logo.
An there is another problem when i Disable Csm, There is no add boot section ; P3ZkgQ.jpg How can i turn back to my orginal settings ? Please help me, i asked all of my friends but no one to help me.

You would need to reinstall Windows 8. It should fix the MBR during the install. If not. Try this to see if it works. https://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/
