I can not get any help there because When I log in I get this nonsense below. Can someone please assist. I sent a message multiple times through the contact us form but no reply

I have manually lifted your ban.

The email could have been placed in your Spam or Junk folder by mistake, but be sure to add the site to your safe email list to prevent an automatic ban again if it shows as reported as spam. We have to do this to prevent getting banned by the email provider.

Ok thanks, I have had problems in the past not getting emails from forums thorough my Comcast Email, I am going to switch my email to gmail
