why my legit w8.1 pro lost my email password?

Hi
i can not understand why my legit windows 8.1 pro 64 lost my password

for example i'm talking about mail metro app

sometime , i try click on mail and i get the screenshot above

and all the settings are gone ,reset
sometime it asks to switch to a microsoft account but i have a local account
and i get this window

add your microsoft account
i will record such information so u can use you account,calendar contacts

is it normal ?

Windows services and apps (such as the Mail app) that use Microsoft services require that you be signed in with a Microsoft account instead of a local account.

If you like, you could sign in to your Store with a Microsoft account using step 6 below. This way you will still stay signed in to Windows with a local account, and be able to use Microsoft services since you are signed in to the Store with a Microsoft account.

i always logged in microsoft apps store
but after x time , the eamil app asks me always the password

How often would you say that it's asking you to enter your password. It's not uncommon for it to do that every once in a while, but not often, just to verify.

every month i guess , i have to say that it's installed on my laptop
and i use my laptop very seldom

That would be about right then for it to verify since you are signed in to Windows with a local account and not able to have it as a verified device (aka: trusted PC) to not get them anymore.
