Why is Photoshop launching whenever I download an image?

Whenever I download an image attached to an email, it opens up automatically in Photoshop. This wasnt happening before.. Any thoughts on how to stop this annoying behavior?

This will happen if Photoshop set as your Default Photo Viewer?

Im not clicking to open it, which is what would trigger the default viewer. Perhaps something in my Chrome?

I think there is a selectable feature that allows photos to open upon download but I can't remember how to get to it. I will hunt around a bit and see if I can come up with something and get back.

Weird...looks like my issue isnt happening today... i'll let you know if it comes back!
