Yes you are. ;)

You can find it when you click on settings at the top of this page and then by looking in the left hand column on the page that appears, near the bottom.

Seeing how much of a confused state you're in, you may also like to know where they've moved the rep and report buttons too. See if you can find them and if you do, feel free to use them in a responsible and appropriate manner ;).
