Hey everyone. Newbie here. Hope to find some help and real answers here. Searching the web for answers is usually hit or miss and here lately its a huge miss.
 
Hi All; I very new to this.

I have just got a new laptop with Windows 8 I have downloaded Office 2010 (as I don't have a CD) but when it loaded It gives me an option to open in verious apps but none of them allows me to install to the OS

Hello all,

I am Harry from London, very new to forums but very excited to get stuck in and help some people out.

I work as a consultant in System Center and Windows Server, although I really want to get back in to deep diving Windows OS side and really focus on helping people out along the way.

Community vibe on here seems great and I hope I contribute my two cents; look forward to seeing you all around.

My System is not getting shut down. When i click Shut down it will get restarted after few minutes. no external storage is been detecting by the pc like hdd,pendrives etc.and also i cant even reset the pc.. for more than 1 hour i sit still.. it just shows the below pic. somebody please help me to solve the issue
