W8.1 Not Detecting Office Updates

How do I get Windows 8.1 to detect updates for Office 2007?

In the update settings, I only have two checkbox options.

I look at another Windows install and they have four checkboxes, one of which says something like "include updates for other Microsoft products".

Is there a KB I can install/registry tweak to get Windows update to show all four options?

in windows 8.1 there are only two checkboxes.
control panel > windows update > change settings > check both boxes
