(No forum title for video so hope this is the right one.)
Everytime I play a video it takes over 2 minutes to start, began to happen a few weeks ago but previously OK.
This is when playing my own videos (avi, mp4 or wmv) with either WMP or VLC.
But then a repeat play will start immediately.
And it's the same on YouTube, BBC news and other video sites.
Any ideas for solving this much appreciated.
