Video issues

All videos on the Laptop take about 3 minutes before starting. This also happens when I want to stream online.

Use Windows 8.1 and use chrome

Just a thought (you've probably already done this). Have you updated your video driver? You can set it to automatically update on its own. If not, you will have to do it through the Device Manager.
-press the windows key + x
-Select "Device Manager"
-Locate "Display adaptors" in the list & click on the small arrow on the left hand side
-Right click on the adaptor and select "update driver software"

Is your laptop overloaded with programs running simultaneously at startup? That slows everything down.

Have you even considered that it may be a SLOW WiFi? I only ask, because I have THAT problem.
