Video hardware error

Hi Guys,
i have dell inspiron 5521 with win 8 pre install The Problem is that there is a warning in "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System" is "Your Windows Experience index needs to be refreshed" and when i trying to refresh it will continue for some time and then shutdown in between with Pop Up warning "The Windows Experience index For Your System Could Not Be Computed".And when i try check for solution in action center under Maintenance,this step show me a error i.e "Problem: Video hardware error

I cant figure out this plz help me for the same.

Update the AMD video driver from Dell's website, for your model.

Uninstall McAfee normally, reboot, then run the tool to remove it that they offer, as well.

Set Windows Firewall and Windows Defender services to Automatic and start them too.

Update Bluetooth driver from Intel.com or Dell.com:

Hi MasterChief Thanks for answering i already update my amd , lan and all other driver from dell but this was same nothing change and even i also reinstall the os and install all updated drivers but problem remain the same and i cant understand this "Update Bleryooth driverfrom Intel.com or Dell.com" what does this mean which driver do you point out?

And also i attached the png file for the same

No, the drivers are not updated as I've shown and from where, so in order to fix the issue, it's best you simply follow instructions.
