Upgrading to windows 10 from Windows7

I've tried with the win10 iso (Single Language version which I used for my another laptop successfully), it is not working. From windows7, I made run setup, it required product key. When I entered product key, it gave error message " "This product key didn't work. Please check and try a different Key.

One way to do it is to go here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and use the Upgrade this PC now option. What version of Windows 10 you get with the free upgrade depends on what version of Windows your upgrading from. If you use the wrong ISO you'll get asked for a product code. That's because its not the version you qualify for.
