Update windows 8.1 can't find my iphone

I update my system to windows 8.1, and the problem came out. I can't find "internal storage" or "Echo's iPhone" on my computer. Can anyone help me?

Open up Programs and run iTunes to check for missing stuff. If you do not see it in Device Manager, that means that the iTunes install did not get installed properly.
