Hi everyone,
Two weeks back I bought a Alienware 14 got it with windows 8 later updated to 8.1 and all my drivers are upto date.
Currently I am facing with BSOD error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"

I've zipped up all the dump files and the archive can be accessed from here: http://sdrv.ms/Lmz8aD

Thanks

Delete this file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\tapoas.sys

Then open Regedit and navigate to here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

Find the subkey for tapoas.sys (you might have to look a little, since it could be named differently or as similar to TAP-Windows Adapter V9 - you will see a reference to the tapoas.sys inside the correct one) and delete the subkey.

Reboot.

Update:

e22w8x64 e22w8x64.sys Mon Dec 03 10:42:37 2012

then do the procedure here.
