Hello everyone! I have a bit of a problem with my PC. Any advice/help is appreciated!
Recently I suddenly I could no longer launch/open/run some of my downloaded programs. They do show up in the task manager; however, they do not show up in the taskbar or as a window. I then did some research and went into safe mode, to find that it's working properly. But when I exited safe mode and performed a clean boot, it was no longer working.
I also tried sfc /scannow, which returned no errors found, and chkdsk, which said that it would have to schedule the check for the next startup, which I did, but got stuck at 10%.... I also remember doing a chkdsk during when I was in safe mode, and it did work. I hope I have explained my problem clearly enough, any ideas?
