Unable to install new driver for Intel HD 4600 iGPU

Today I tried to install the new BETA driver for my Intel HD 4600 Integrated Graphics unit, however, regardless of installation through through my driver with the extracted driver-ware, or through an .exe nothing seems to work.

I either get the "system does not reach minimum requirements.", or "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer"

At this point i'm at wits end, if anyone could provide some assistance I'd greatly appreciate it.

Intel only periodically includes code for switchable (dual graphics) laptops with Nvidia graphics. Forget AMD graphics. Seems this driver doesn't have the proper code. Even then depends on the laptop. Acer accepts many generic drivers, not sure about ASUS.

P.S. : The 10.18.10.3496 drivers are the latest Intel release I get to work correctly with my laptop.
