I am reading a forum from when ToolWiz Time Machine was in beta. The reaction of most of the people trying it was very positive. Since my Restore Points almost never work I was thinking of using Time Machine in tandem with Macrium Reflect.

Also I think it may have embedded the ToolWiz Time Freeze functionality. Sounds like a cool freeware. But I am fishing for horror stories before jumping in the pool.

Appently both ToolWiz Time Freeze and ToolWiz Time Machine support GPT and UEFI. I am trying to find out if it is safe to defrag the system partition after Time Machine has created snapshots. Unfortunately their forum seems to be shut down. The registration page generates a 404 error and the most recent posts seem to be circa 2014.

Seems to be broken. A restore cannot be run. And I don't think it's developed anymore.

Might as well call it "solved."
