I installed a custom theme on Windows 8.1 Enterprise, but the title bar text is unreadable. There is this huge patch in its place. This is true for most apps, with some exceptions such as windows explorer and the browser.
I looked through the registry, mainly in the Control Panel\Colors and the Control Panel\Desktop\Colors sections, and I found that both the TitleText and the InactiveTitleText values were set to that color(72 69 68), so I changed them, which only changed the text where it was visible. Didn't make a dent in the patch. No other registry keys are set to this color.
Same issue as described here:
Title bar random color that surrounds the title text
Titlebar Issue while using a 3rd Party Theme, Windows 8.1.
Has anybody dealt with this?
