I'm sure I just need to update my display drivers again. I've had problems in the past and want to start with a clean slate. However, I don't want to be too aggressive and I know using DDU is aggressive as it wipes out more than a display driver. I came across a post at the amd website that doesn't recommend using their AMD clean uninstall utility anymore. I'm not sure if that's true or not. I just don't want to lose more than my display driver and not be able to use my computer. If that's not the issue and it's something else then, never mind.

Computer info if you need it

Hi Liz,

You could also go to device manager, uninstall the AMD display drivers and check 'Delete the driver software for this device' before clicking 'Uninstall'.
