IMO,i'd just go with ASUS cuz thats what i have been using before and it lasted pretty long. The processor of it is a lil bit step back from the other, but i dont think ull have any regrets even if u get the ASUS.

True in that sense i am coming from an ASUS. Looking at CyberPower site can't even find model or support on model, which makes me a bit frustrated if i ever needed something, telling me sites not to consumer friendly

CyberPower PC has its own good reputation for robust and powerful PC's, but they're not as well-known as ASUS, GigaByte and some other brands of system board manufacturers that have expanded into building full PC's. Both are good companies, but ASUS has a long-standing reputation for its quality of motherboards, i.e. "system boards".

CyberPower PC is in itself a good company, boasting good PC's with plenty of oomph for a pretty cheap price, without skimping on their quality. I personally haven't seen many of their systems running Intel's new iX (3, 5, 7) series, but their AMD proc PC's have plenty of power.

Truth is, either one is good, although ASUS will be more well-known.

For best results, try one in your local computer stores such as MicroCenter, Fry's Electronics, or other retailers. You probably won't find either in Best Buy, Circuit City or Staples, but you'd find them in more "D-I-Y" style computer stores where you can buy the parts and build your own machine.

... Excuse me. I have to clean that up.

Just Cyberpower has better processor as said. Comes with GIGABYTE board, faster DDR4 RAM. So yes, ASUS well known for there boards too. This model and others like it's brand has more available slots that i can use, plus more USB ports i need compared to ASUS Model shown.

Well, with either ASUS or Gigabyte boards, I'd say you're not losing out on anything. With a better processor and faster DDR4, I'd say the CyberPowerPC is a sold deal (IMHO). You say you already have a graphics card to put into it, so you're already set in that department. Go for the CyberPower PC.

Even if you haven't heard of that company, they're running a Gigabyte board, which is another top in the industry alongside ASUS.

Either system is a win-win, but the faster processor and newer generation of RAM give the CP PC the advantage.

True, hard choice, but Cyberpower gives me more room for upgrades and as said i have a NVIDIA GeForceGTX 760 SC in old PC ready for this one, heard AMD in it sucks badly, why they used it beyond me. Also noticed a Coolmaster Cooler heatsink in Pic.

I have 2 SSD's in this PC i can later transfer also and Noctua Fans, but i would not rush it as of yet.
Look closely at pics at NewEgg see Gigabyte on the motherboard plus a cd in pic.

Yeah, figures ASUS came with one, GTX 760 3GB. As said better processor, more room inside for expansion, more connections, will probably will be that one.Oh, Cyberpower has room for dual cards also. As the new cards take up 2 slots begin with.

My hope is it will be quiet, like a quiet PC.

That Cyberpower looks much better, newer platform and many better parts, that R9 270 is not falling behind 760, so that is not a problem either. Has SSD too and all of that for less money.

Yes, done deal made up my mind with CyberPower. As said before i have a NVIDIA GeForceGTX 760 SC from older system will most likely use for this one, also thinking of using a PSU i have from other system which beats this one also. Oh,i do have 2 Crucials SSD's,512GB and 256GB in older system, but that process to swap out i may wait till i know the system is good for awhile.
