Hi All.

I cant find a word to say exactly what this is or what is this called.

The sidebar menu on the left when I have an open folder all of a sudden now starts opening/expanding everything up when im moving from folder to folder.

Its driving me nuts!!! How do I de-activate this???

Note: I like having that sidebar there for my favorites links and this did not use to happen before.

How do I turn this off?!?!?!?! I just want This PC to stay put.

Thanks

Are you talking about Windows Explorer ? Going to Control Panel/ Folder Options and setting everything to Default could help.

Hello Hostelo,

From your description, it sounds like turning off "Expand to current folder" for the navigation pane in File Explorer should sort this for you. :)
