Looking at the screen shot, You have McAfee running and in your spec, you have Avast running. I am not sure that's a good idea. Having more than one Anti Virus running also causing conflict and unpredictable behaviour.
McAfee is one piece of software that I would never install in my PC. Having helped some people in this forum with BSOD, strange behaviour was caused by McAfee.

Did you disable AVAST as suggested above ?

Should I remove/uninstall McAfee? And yes, I disabled avast.

This problem could have been resolved had I been sitting in front of your PC. Having multiple Anti Virus running in your PC is asking for trouble. The only protection for your PC is yourself. Just watch where you surf when browsing the internet, don't open email from unknown senders etc... The Anti Virus software is only good when the list of viruses, Malwares is in their definition database. Unfortunately, Viruses, Malwares are being created every single minute and they are not always up to date.

I would strongly suggest that you uninstall McAfee, Avast altogether. Just use Windows Defender and also download a free version:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Protect, Detect & Remove Malware From Your PC and run it every 2, 3 days as needed.

To completely uninstall the Anti Virus software, you need to run their special uninstallers:
For McAfee: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)
For Avast: avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal

Btw, can I just uninstall McAfee and Avast through control panel or by using revo uninstaller?

EDIT: I'm gonna uninstall avast now using the instructions above. And about McAfee, I'm little bit confused about their instruction on how to uninstall their product.

No, you have to use their software to uninstall them. In addition, after you have your PC up and running smoothly, use: Macrium Reflect Free To make a complete backup image of your Windows to an external disk drive in case your PC becomes unbootable (Hard disk failure, corrupted System files etc...), Virus Infection, etc... in which case, you just restore the image and your PC would be back running in no time.

EDIT: For McCafee uninstaller, use this link instead: Download McAfee Consumer Product Removal Tool - MajorGeeks
After downloading, just double click to run the uninstaller.

Don't know about this. But my guess is one for the Laptop screen and the other is for external Monitor via HDMI.

BTW, How's the Laptop running now, improving ???

That's what I thought, too. I wanna go for AMD as my main card because I'm not familiar with Intel(R) HD Graphics Family. For gaming purposes, tho.

And the laptop? Absolutely! The problem is gone! I hope it doesn't come back. I wonder what fixes it, tho. =))) Thank you for your help! Thank you so much! Cheers, mate! :))

One more thing, I have a problem with my lock screen. Why is that every time I on my laptop the lock screen is different. But if I'm just going to restart it, the lock screen is correct. (Own Picture)

Well, the problem was that you have 2 Anti virus softwares running. When I asked you to disable the services and also disabled AVAST and after re-enable the services, the problem did not come back with AVAST disabled.

Well, I am glad we got it sorted.

great job fixing your issues guys .

this text is from a review of your laptop !it explains you 2 graphics chips a bit .it seems it actually choose what chip it uses depend on what your doing ,happy computing

quote-
Graphics Card

Our test device ships with two graphics cards, the dedicated AMD Radeon R7 M265 and the onboard Intel HD Graphics 4400. The former (the AMD Radeon R7 M265) comes with 2 GB of dedicated DDR3 memory and a clock speed of up to 825 MHz. Via AMD-Enduro technology, the system can always switch between both chips, depending on the current usage pattern. While idle or under light loads (e.g. for the Windows desktop and simple applications), the integrated (w.r.t. the CPU) low-power Intel HD Graphics 4400 is used. Unfortunately, Enduro is not quite there yet when compared to the more precise Nvidia Optimus system, requiring us to often manually insert certain games into the list of applications which should use the dedicated chip.
The CPU doesn't have much influence on the benchmark results of the most recent 3DMark suite. Here, our test device takes the last spot, behind all of its competitors, including its de-facto predecessor (the Inspiron 15R-5537 with an AMD Radeon HD 8850M) and the Acer Aspire E1-572G which uses the same GPU as our test device. Why is that? Dell has chosen not to use the faster 128-bit memory interface for the GPU. The next chapter will show how much of a difference that makes in terms of (gaming) performance.
