Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Settings are missing from Power Options Advanced Settings on Windows10.
I have been searching for a long time and finally I found instructions at the link below however I could not make it.
XPS 13 TDP registry hack - Album on Imgur
When I am following the instructions I couldn't give permissions to "Everyone" because I don't see Everyone option on my PC. I tried Administrators. Users etc but It didn't work.
Is there any way to make it as .reg as done at this link? Power Options - Add "System unattended sleep timeout" - Windows 7 Help Forums
