please help me i need windows 8.1 taskscheduler back

You are looking at "Task scheduler" but I think you need to look in "Task Scheduler (Local)". In the left hand pane can you scroll up or down and find "Task Scheduler (Local)". If you can see it then click on it and I think you will see all your tasks there.

I am running Windows 8.1 and my Task Scheduler (TS) looks a lot different to yours but it looks as if your TS window is now populated so is the issue fixed now? Just for comparison my TS looks like png file : -Win 8.1 Task scheduler.png
