Solved Taskbar not completely at the bottom

I don't know why but I restarted my pc and now the taskbar isn't completely at the bottom nor to the right, I try setting it to small taskbar and it works but when I set it back to normal it doesn't

So, it would be helpful to others with this problem, if you could explain HOW you solved this.
I would think it had something to do with screen resolution.
