Surface 3 Will Not Boot Recovery Image, Tried Everything

I have been searching the net for a solution to my problem and tried everything I can find.[/FONT]

Background Info:[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]
Surface 3[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]Bit locker locked- forgot key[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]Formatted the whole SSD using Acronis. No recovery Partition. [/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]Tried 2.0 and 3.0 USB's / Formatted Fat32, Disabled secured Boot/ Downloaded Recovery and Generic Windows 10 ISO / Used Rufus GPT[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]
Only one Available option in the UEFI --> Network>USB>SSD[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]
Tried Everything[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]
Surface Only Boots in Linux and Acronis, other then that, stuck on the Red Surface screen.[/FONT]
[FONT=&amp]
Any Help would be great, Im going to pull my hair out (haha)[/FONT]
