Suggested Steps To Take Installing And Setting Up Windows 8

<>snip<>I call Diskpart so I just type control v it's instant in the sequence it remains to follow the usual operations if anyone has anything to add or criticize I'm all ears Note: if everyone already knows this type of installation I apologize to everyone but since the days of Windows 1.0 I swear I've never seen it until today...
Hi HK54 :)

I'm not wanting to be critical rather help you get your task done a bit easier, more efficiently using the tools Windows 8.1, 10, and 11 come with ready to go.

I'm in favor of deleting all the partitions during the install process using the OS rather than a 3rd party tool - later partions first - G, D, E, then C: last -- then simply highlight the empty drive 0 and install. You should have the full drive back and no partitions, simply an empty drive 0 - this is where the OS will partition and install the OS.

This is my advice... don't make things harder than need be :)

Good Luck.
