Spybot problems

I uninstalled Spybot in my wife's Win 8.1 computer.
It seems to have reinstalled itself once. I uninstalled it again and ran CCleaner.
Something else popped up, but she closed it and told me later.
I typed Spybot into Windows search and hit enter and a file came up that I don't have in my 8.1 computer.
C:\Users\Packages\AppData\Local\Lenovo\iMController\Shared

I believe I can delete the whole thing?

I have never trie it with this application, but there is some uninstalling tools that enhance Windows uninstaller.
Check : Revo Uninstaller
They offer a free version that can help you, don't forget to run it as admin so he can check all the system for remaining files.
