I'm relatively new to Windows 8.1 (Dell Inspiron 15 with Touch Screen) and very new to speech recognition, which I find fun. I cannot find out from any of the existing sources (including Forums here) how to access and choose the Taskbar with Speech Recognition. Anybody have a solution or a really complete tutorial? (I posted this on the Sound forum and it was suggested that this would be a better place to ask).
