So, I was playing a game and then suddenly my sound dropped. After it happened I tried restarting my computer and nothing happened. So now when I put my sound on 100 it sounds like 35. Can someone please tell me how to fix this, thanks.

Try reinstalling your sound card's drivers or reset its settings if possible.
