Software that emulates a physical router

Hi Dudes,

I connect my laptop to the internet using a Wi-Fi Hotsport on my Android smartphone.

I want to turn my Laptop's Ethernet Port into 'one of the LAN ports on a Router'.

Is there software available that can emulate a physical router?

Something that can be configured to accept a Wi-Fi Hotpot as the 'WAN cable', and the [device; e.g.: laptop] Ethernet Port as 'LAN Output (1)'?

Any help here would be super fellas.
