Any apos or programs threat didn't come installed.
Any changes made to settings.
Reset or cancel

If i cancel will it take me back n to option or boot into Windows?

My usb will not boot as something is managing my system. And its not UEFI as ive try secure and unsecure methods, also my cmd prompt is acting buggy..... Any and all comments and or suggestions appreciated and welcome.

Thank you in advance

Depending on how long ago the system was upgraded to W10, there should be an option in 10's System Settings that allows you to roll back to the previous OS.
Regarding the reset / refresh process, if you click "Reset" you'll confirm that you want to take the actions on screen. (i.e. reset the system, clear apps, remove installed programs, etc.)
At this point, the system should revert to a fresh install of Windows 8, or 8.1, depending on which OS version the system had factory installed.
