SmartScreen and unsigned drivers

Is it possible to allow files to run without SmartScreen popping up everytime? I know I can turn it off, but I want to leave it on recommended because if I turn it off, then in the action center it displays an issue and wants me to turn it back on. I know for some people that wouldn't bug them, but I like to have everything clean and no issues in the taskbar showing up. Also, I have a third party program I use that uses an unsigned driver I had to manually install and the program isn't able to run properly unless I go reboot into startup settings and disable driver signature. Am I able to allow these drivers to run without Microsoft disabling them until I reboot every time?

run: gpedit.msc
go to: Administrative Templates->System->Driver Installation->Code signing for device drivers and select Enable then on the drop down select ignore to direct the system to proceed with the installation even if it includes unsigned files.

Sweet, I'll follow those instructions. There's no smartscreen work around for my other issue though? No biggie if there isn't, just curious. Thanks!

On x64 you won't be able to run on unsigned drivers only in test mode if I'm correct.
Unsigned drivers are not recommended to use.

The drivers have nothing to do with the unsigned programs and smartscreen.
