skype log in

Anybody else having an issue w/Skype logging on once you opened Skype and then closed it and later on try logging on. I just get the log on window and it just sits there.

I had this issue and to solve it you open task manager and make sure skype is closed then press windows key+R to bring up run then type in %appdata% then find the skype folder and delete or rename it to something different and open skype up and you then you should be able to login but you wont have your chat history.

Skype wouldn't log on, tried previous versions, no luck.
CPU usage was ~30%.

This worked for me.

Skype 5.9 for Windows hotfix for Win8 RP
