Solved since i have installed ssd drive there is a loud fan noise

Since installing ssd drive I now have a loud fan noise, when I have checked speccy it is running at 59 degrees C so it is running hotter also.

why is this and how do I fix it.

I have gone into the bios and changed the cpu q-fan settings to silent and it improved it, after doing all the windows update including 8.1. the temp and seems to have gone down a little. so I have marked as solved
