Solved Sign out screen different from lock screen?

many thanks DCP, it worked like a charm - BUT, I have a problem here on 8.1; the only time the new image shows is when I restart the pc, or wake it from it's nap, all users signed out.. if either user signs out, the screen is blue/blank ..and I'm assuming being that I'm 8.1 is why there was only one image instead of two?:/ any insight to this?

The Sign Out screen is stored in:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData\S-1-5-18\ReadOnly\LockScreen_Z
