WEI Numbers

I checked all my numbers which are all 5.2 except graphics 3.9. I am up to date with Adobe and Java so how can I improve this 3.9

Thanks

Those numbers are determined not by installed software, but by your GPU/videocard hardware. As such, you'll likely need to upgrade your machine to improve those numbers.

In my case, it appears the WEI rated only my integrated HD4000, rather than clocking my discrete Nvidia 650m 2GB. Also, I wonder if I can pump up the CPU rating by engaging turbo mode on my i73630QM. Anybody know how to do this?

Ok, I'm not very computer savvy compared to everyone in here, but I thought my brand new computer would score a bit better than it did and the Display Adapter Type listed says Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000, but I know there's a NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M 2GB GDDR5 as well. It's the first time I bought something more than a crappy E Machine on my own and frankly I thought for what I spent it would score a bit better. Is there a way to improve the scores? Did the 32GB SSD help this score at all?
The 32GB SSD can only help if it is the drive that contains your OS. Your Primary HDD is 1850GB so this is for sure not the 32GB SSD. So in this case the SSD is probably your secundary HDD and doesnot contain your OS so it will unfortunately not help. To increase the overall score the graphics need an update.

Wwhat hard drive do you have? I've never seen a score this high for a hard drive... Thanks!

Cheers!

I guess Windows is on a 256GB SSD but to be sure we'll have to wait for the owner to answer. :)

Wait he's got 2x 128 GB M4.
That are twin Crucial SSD's right? Using RAID (0) striping. They appear as one drive with more than 200GB (reported in picture).

My updated WEI...

ocseva, Thanks for the info!

Here's my updated score after I replaced 2 (x1) sticks of DDR2 RAM with 2GB sticks and I'm running them at 800Mhz, even though they are 667Mhz sticks...

can you guys show the "print detailed performance and system information"? I think that's more useful as it shows the hardware people are running. numbers without details are just numbers.

I know it is slow but I always wondered why my desktop graphics is worse than gaming graphics. It was the same on win 7. I only have a laptop with integrated intel, not any GPU so would not try gaming but even so. Surely gaming is more intensive than running the desktop?
