Show Us Your Rig!

M. Showdown:

Where's the PS?
If you found a way to get rid of it, let me know!

I just built a new rig & will not show it till I clean up the wires!
It is based on an ASUS P8Z77-VLX 8MB MEM 7 INTEL I5.
I built it to run Win10 BETA.

I just installed a Kingston 580G SSD in my main rig & IT IS FAST!!

That "Old Fart"

Tully
It's above his motherboard where that black Ring is.

Nice job with what you have MrShowdown. I really need to get time to do mine.

rvcjew:

I would like to download that program! Sounds like it is just what I need.

However, I have been burnt too many times by "FREE" software sites that once you click on them it impossible to uninstall them!

I WILL not take another chance!

Tully!

What program are you talking about? I just was telling you where his PSU is located in his case

Thanks for the compliments on my rig :)
I'm thinking on doing cable management on the case button cables and front USB ports, but, exams...

@Tully: Power supply is above my motherboard, it's some cheap PSU that comes with the case, that barely copes with my system load. Total load is 260 W, and it's only 230 W.

Not bad, should try sticking the excess cables in your bottom hdd tray that's what I did when I had my 900.

The new build wasn't exactly planned or at least not at that time so everything was a little bit rushed -__-

Basically I had a leakage onto the first PCIe Slot that toasted the GPU and that particular area of the Motherboard.
The leakage occurred in a rotary fitting which I was probably caused by the flexing of the case during movement.

I'm still having some issues with the Motherboard as something is conflicting with the Fast Boot Option when the SATA Drives are connected.
Not that it would matter as I'm rarely making a Cold Boot ( 98% of the time I'm using Sleep ) but I'd still prefer for it to work just for the sake of it.

I also had some issues with the Sound Card being installed in the 2nd PCIe 16x Slot.
Now that I put it into the PCIe 4x Slot it appears to be working fine as it's now being recognized after returning from Sleep.

Still need to do some cable management but I'll get round to it.
