Hi balubeto,

It is in general not possible to share the apps among different users on your pc. You'd have to install them seperately per account.

There is a 'work around'.\ ==> You could logon to the Store, at the other user accounts, with your own master account. That way you can install the same apps.

You could better explain this method which I think that is very interesting?

Thanks

Say you have your own account with the apps you want to become available for the other accounts. We will call your account the account A. The other user account we will call B.

So, logon the pc with account B and start the Store. Open the Charms (WIN+C). Go to "Settings", then "Your Account". Choose to logoff user B (in the store, not the pc :)). Logon with user A.

Now go back to the mainscreen of the Store and go to the extra options (WIN+Z). Choose "Your apps" and install the apps.

With this method, the Apps installed can be updated or uninstalled only through the Microsoft account dedicated to shopping or even other accounts can do it if they know the credentials of the shopping-account?

It is possible to force the users to use the credentials of the shopping-account for install, upgrade and uninstall the Apps?

The Apps installed in this way will be automatically available for all users or not? If not, how can I do it?

Thanks

Hello Balubeto,

As Rover posted above, each user account has their own Store apps that are only owned by them.

You could sign in to their Store with your Microsoft account to install "Your apps" to always be available for their account.
However, it would be best to have each user sign in to Windows 8 with their own Microsoft account. This way they can install any Store apps they like on any Windows 8 PC or device that they sign in to with the same Microsoft account.

It will be up to each user to keep their apps updated.
Hope this helps, :)
Shawn
