Shoot.. I'm out of ideas? I tried all kinds of things (UAC, Unblocking every file, re-downoading.. )

Should I try running this in safe mode or your PE environment?

does it need to be unzipped with Winrar and not 7zip?

I have unblocked it and run as admin etc..

do you think I have a service or something blocking what your program needs to run?

I'm out of ideas.. if you want, I can put up another video of me downloading your file from your page, then unblocking and opening it in front of the camera to show you.

Of all Computers for this to happen on is mine -to which I keep very 'clean'.. or maybe that's the problem..

If somebody can verify the download, for me that would be nice of them..

As I have no issue with my PC...

It should launch in PE as well...

give me 15 minutes and I can try it on 3 other computers I have here.. but still.. one of my main computers should not have that problem...

Damnit.. it does work on my other laptops..

so it's something specific to that one pictured computer....

On the Laptop that Image Health doesn't work , I"m using Defender.. nothing special.. I also use binsoft Windows firewall..

EDIT**

On the computer that worked, I used windows built-in Extract-all on the zip..

for the one that didn't work, I used 7zip/winrar... but that shouldn't matter.. I would think..

Ok check this out!..

for some god unknown reason now it works.. I can't right click and "run as admin"..

but when I open Command Prompt as Admin myself, then run it via Dos command.. it works.. WTF?

just tested extraction with 7zip.1514 - and no issue with run as admin,,

Also I have had 4 reported "Resolved Corruption Issues" today alone with the program download

Now that's funny.. I guess you are becoming a true software provider now.. ha

But unfortunately while running it from the command prompt manually works... I still can't explain not being able to run your program from right clicking on it and "run as admin"...

So it would seem to me that you have an issue with the Registy entries for the "Run As Administrator" in the context menu..

Funny! I was going there next.. and going to check shellexview and etc..

Here is a program to help users with corrupt windows files..
This program will run System File Checker and DISM commands to repair an online Windows image
and will look for the setup media to use as a repair source

Step 1: Download and Extract > IMAGE_HEALTH.ZIP
Step 2: Right-Click IMAGE_HEALTH.CMD > Select Properties > Select Unblock
Step 3: Insert your Windows Setup Media ( Mounted ISO or DVD or USB )
Step 4: Right Click on IMAGE_HEALTH.CMD and Run as Administrator

IMAGE_HEALTH.ZIP

The link works for me.

The link from the very first post shown above works? Image Health.ZIP? its giving me error 404 on dropbox. mind sending me a copy if you can get it?

I have been looking for those steps, in thier order, for a while. Zrtuker had shown me. TY
